How to remove a VW Golf PLUS car stereo - (2005 to 2009)


Items you might need before you start work -




 

Original stereo image




How to do it step by step






First remove the top tray using your T20 Torx screwdriver.


Remove the next single screw.



This will allow you to lift up the top console which is on pressure clips.



You can now remove the lower console which is also on pressure clips.




This will allow you to remove the screws on each side holding the radio in place.

Disconnect the wiring loom and aerial to release the stereo.
